OneStream Splash Conference Code of Conduct
The OneStream Splash User Conference (“Splash”) is an event that includes many opportunities for learning and networking. OneStream Software considers the health & wellness of all those onsite at Splash a top priority. It is in the best interest of all attendees to adhere to this OneStream Splash Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”). As the conference approaches we will follow the latest health guidance from local, state and federal authorities, including the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), to determine best practices and necessary precautions to further enhance the onsite and virtual experience and promote wellness at the event.
All event participants are expected to behave in accordance with professional standards. This Code of Conduct must be followed by all OneStream Software Splash Conference attendees, virtual or in-person, at all event venues, any external venue affiliated with the Splash conference, and all related social events.
If attending Splash in person, all event participants, presenters, sponsors, employees, and staff will:
- Wear an event badge at all times when participating in conference events.
- Masking requirements will be per CDC guidelines in effect on the day of the event and must be complied with. Masks will be provided by OneStream at registration for attendees if appropriate.
COVID Vaccination Requirement
In our best attempt to find a balance between safety and flexibility in regard to COVID protocols at Splash, the revised requirements are as follows: Please note that you must be fully vaccinated for COVID and upload proof of vaccination to attend Splash OR upload a negative PCR or viral COVID-19 test taken between Friday, May 20 and Monday, May 23. You can find a list of approved vaccines here. No exceptions will be made. More information regarding uploading your proof of vaccination or negative test will be provided shortly. This requirement is subject to change and evolve according to how the pandemic progresses, we will continue to evaluate as the event approaches. Those that choose not to attend can register to access the content virtually.
By attending our Splash conference, you agree that OneStream has a full release and the right and permission to take, copyright, use and/or publish photographic pictures and videos of the event. You agree that all such materials will become the property of OneStream and as such, OneStream will have the right to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute or display, and use these materials in whole or in part, and in any manner or media which may include but is not limited to video recordings, still images, sales materials, brochures, and the OneStream website. Participants, presenters, sponsors, employees, staff and other attendees waive the right to inspect or approve the finished video, photograph, advertising copy, or printed material that may be used or applied by OneStream. You understand and affirm that such release does not constitute and will not result in any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographic pictures.
Unacceptable behavior includes failure to follow CDC guidelines or other safety protocols ,and/or failing to obey any rules or regulations imposed by the venue and OneStream Software (“Unacceptable Behavior”). We do not tolerate discrimination, intolerance, harassment, aggression, or ill will of any kind at any OneStream Software event, either in person or via electronic media.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable Behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone engaged in Unacceptable Behavior will be asked to stop any such behavior immediately and is subject to immediate expulsion from the event, in OneStream Software’s sole discretion, without refund.
Personal Accountability Commitment:
By attending our Splash Conference, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and engage in certain health-and-wellness-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This may include, but is not limited to, completing a daily health screening questionnaire, wearing masks indoors where required by the venue or transportation company (except when actively eating or drinking), and engaging in appropriate physical distancing at the event. You should not attend the event if you are feeling ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19.
Reporting Unacceptable Behavior
If you have concerns, please contact any member of the OneStream Events Team or OneStream Human Resources Team. In the event of an emergency, please contact local authorities immediately.
