Anyone attending any conference events, including meals or receptions, must be registered. You can purchase a guest pass as an add-on to your registration, which includes entry to the Opening Reception and the Splash Night Out event for $300. Your guest can be added on during registration. Guests attending Splash Night Out must be 21 years of age.
You can pick up your badge and conference materials once you arrive to the meeting in the registration area at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Onsite registration hours are: Sunday, 5pm-7pm, Monday, 7:30am-7pm and Tuesday, 8am-1:30pm.

We will process refunds for any cancellation until August 13, 2021. We cannot process any refunds after that date. Please note that a 3.5% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing costs.
If you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the person attending in your place.

Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the mobile event app or on our Splash website.
Participation in the Splash User Conference is eligible for Continuing Education Credit. Attendees will receive 1 CPE credit for every 50 minutes of breakout session content attended. Attendees’ badges MUST be scanned by the CPE attendant when entering the course to receive credit.
Once your CPE hours have been calculated, your certificate will be emailed to you the week after the Splash conference. To request another copy, email email@example.com.

Join us for the premier event of the conference, Splash Night Out, Disney Style! We’re heading to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, 2901 Osceola Pkwy, Bay Lake, FL 34747 for a special night under the stars, where the park will be reserved just for you and your OneStream friends! The event is for ages 21 and up.
This is a costume party, so be sure to dress the part! Use your creative license to dress as your favorite Disney character… oh, the possibilities! Please note, costumes that completely cover your face are not permitted in the park. Face paint is acceptable.
Shuttle service will run continuously from the Dolphin convention foyer from 7:30pm-12:30am.
Splash Gives Back in Orlando is thrilled to support Give Kids The World Village, an 89-acre, whimsical nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida, that provides week-long, cost-free wish vacations to critically ill children and their families from around the world. You can support Give Kids the World Village and our OneStream team by making a donation or participating in the Give Kids the World Inspire Hope Event, taking place August 30. Yes! Yoga will be on Tuesday, August 31. In addition, we will have a HIIT fitness class on Wednesday, September 1, as well. Both classes will start promptly at 7am and take place in the Swan Hotel Osprey Ballroom. Those participating MUST register when signing up for the conference for this activity. It is free to participate for those registered for the full Splash registration.
The partner summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go to market and more. Be sure to join us on Monday from 12:00 PM-4:00 PM at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin for lunch and these sessions.

Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2021 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Yes, we will have luggage storage available for our attendees in Asia 2 on the lobby level, open from 8:30am to 1:30pm. If you need storage longer than 1:30pm, please check your bag at the bell stand.
