  • How much does it cost to attend the Splash User Conference April 17 - 20?

    January 5 – February 19 | Early Bird Pricing: $1,395 per attendee
    February 20 – March 17 | Introductory Pricing: $1,595
    March 18 – April 5 | Standard Pricing: $1,695
    April 6 – April 20 | Conference Pricing: $1,795

  • How much does it cost to attend the Hands-On Workshops?

    The prospect, introductory & advanced workshops, including breakfast & lunch cost $960 per attendee.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Anyone attending any conference events, including meals or receptions, must be registered. You can purchase a guest pass as an add-on to your registration, which includes entry to the Opening Reception and the Splash Night Out event for $350. Your guest can be added on during registration. Guests attending Splash Night Out must be 21 years of age.

  • Where is onsite registration and what are its hours? When can I pick up my badge?

    You can pick up your badge and conference materials once you arrive to the meeting in the registration area at the Gaylord National Harbor Resort & Convention Center. Onsite registration hours are:

    • Sunday, 4:00 – 7:00 PM
    • Monday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Wednesday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
    • Thursday, 8:00 – 10:00 AM

  • I have questions about my registration, who can I contact?

  • What is the cancellation policy of the meeting?

    We will process refunds for any cancellation until March 24, 2023. We cannot process any refunds after that date. Please note that a 3.5% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing costs. If you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If a transfer is needed, email the details of the person attending in your place to [email protected].

  • Where will the meeting take place?

  • How do I book my hotel room?

  • Am I required to wear my badge?

    Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening parties.

  • Is there an official conference hashtag I can use in my social media posts?

  • How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?

    Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the mobile event app.

  • Will I be able to obtain Continuing Education Credit?

    Participation in workshops and select breakout sessions at the Splash User Conference are required for continuing education credit. Attendees will receive 1 CPE credit for each eligible 50 minute breakout session attended. Attendees’ must indicate they require CPE credit in advance of the conference, badges MUST be scanned by the CPE attendant when entering the course, and participation in a survey during and after the course are required to receive credit. OneStream Software is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. Once your CPE hours have been calculated, your certificate will be emailed to you in the weeks after the Splash conference. To request another copy, email [email protected].

  • Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

    In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at the conference. Please submit requests no later than March 17 to [email protected]. Flying to the conference? The TSA Cares program can simplify travel for attendees with special needs. Information regarding disabilities and special assistance will remain confidential.

  • Can I use my mobile phone during the conference?

    As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • Who do I contact for general conference questions?

  • How do I log on to wi-fi?

    Wi-fi will be provided for attendees of the Splash conference in meeting areas. The username and password will be available at a later date.

  • Where is the Splash Night Out event? What do I wear?

    Splash will be “Dancing in the Streets!” Don’t miss the premier event of the conference, Splash Night Out, just steps outside the front doors of the Gaylord Resort. This is a music-themed block party you won't soon forget!

    This is a costume party, so hit us with your best shot! We're looking for musically inspired costumes. Whether it be a group of friends dressing up as your favorite rock band, going solo artist or wearing musically inspired attire, we want to see you get creative with your look for the evening.

  • Where do I catch the Shuttle for Splash Night Out?

    No transportation is provided or needed for the party – We’ll be Dancing in the Streets! You will see the event setup when leaving the front doors of the hotel.

  • Are there any give-back opportunities at Splash?

    Splash Gives Back is honored to partner with the Fallen Heroes organization. More details to come.

  • Does Splash have any options for physical fitness during the conference?

    Yes, please join us for our Fun Run Wednesday morning, 7 – 7:45 AM.

  • Tell me about the Partner Summit.

    The partner summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go to market and more. Be sure to join us on Monday from NOON - 4 PM.

  • Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?

    Yes, the keynotes and select breakout sessions will be available via live-stream and through the Splash virtual experience platform (with paid event registration). For more details, visit the Splash Virtual page.

  • Will there be photographers/videographers at the conference?

    Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2023 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

  • What do the lanyard colors represent?

    Yellow = Customer
    Red = Prospect
    Green = Partner
    Blue = Employee
    Black = Other (staff, analyst or press)

  • Will you have any options available to store bags on Thursday after hotel check-out?

    Luggage storage will be available from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Thursday in Camellia 4.

  • What does the Exhibitor Booth Pass include?

    The pass includes Expo Hall access, entry to the opening reception and Splash Night Out party, along with breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Thursday. The pass does not allow access to the courses or partner summit.
