  • How much does it cost to attend the Splash User Conference August 30-September 2?

    Introductory Pricing (through June 2): $1,295 per attendee
    Early Bird Pricing (through July 14): $1,495 per attendee
    Standard Pricing (through August 20): $1,595 per attendee
    Conference Rate (through September 2): $1,795 per attendee
    Virtual Rate (through September 2): $650 per attendee

  • How much does it cost to attend the Hands-On Workshops on Monday, August 30?

    The prospect, introductory & advanced workshops, including breakfast & lunch cost $800 per attendee.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Anyone attending any conference events, including meals or receptions, must be registered. You can purchase a guest pass as an add-on to your registration, which includes entry to the Opening Reception and the Splash Night Out event for $300. Your guest can be added on during registration. Guests attending Splash Night Out must be 21 years of age.

  • Where is onsite registration and what are its hours? When can I pick up my badge?

    You can pick up your badge and conference materials once you arrive to the meeting in the registration area at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. Onsite registration hours are: Sunday, 5pm-7pm, Monday, 7:30am-7pm and Tuesday, 8am-1:30pm.

  • I have questions about my registration, who can I call?

    You can reach our registration service at 678-341-3062.

  • What is the cancellation policy of the meeting?

    We will process refunds for any cancellation until August 13, 2021. We cannot process any refunds after that date. Please note that a 3.5% administrative fee will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover credit card processing costs.

    If you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to splash@onestreamsoftware.com with details of the person attending in your place. 

  • Where will the meeting take place?

    The Splash conference in 2021 will take place at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. The address is 1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.

  • How do I book my hotel room?

  • Am I required to wear my badge?

    Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening parties.

  • Is there an official conference hashtag I can use in my social media posts?

    Yes. The official conference hashtag is #SplashOrlando

  • How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?

    Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the mobile event app or on our Splash website.

  • Will I be able to obtain Continuing Education Credit?

    Participation in the Splash User Conference is eligible for Continuing Education Credit. Attendees will receive 1 CPE credit for every 50 minutes of breakout session content attended. Attendees’ badges MUST be scanned by the CPE attendant when entering the course to receive credit. 

    Once your CPE hours have been calculated, your certificate will be emailed to you the week after the Splash conference. To request another copy, email spcon@prereg.net.

  • Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

    In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at the conference. Please submit requests no later than July 31 to splash@onestreamsoftware.com. Flying to the conference? The TSA Cares program can simplify travel for attendees with special needs. Information regarding disabilities and special assistance will remain confidential.

  • Can I use my mobile phone during the conference?

    As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

  • Who do I contact for general conference questions?

  • How do I log on to wi-fi?

    Wi-fi will be provided for attendees of the Splash conference in meeting areas. The username and password will be available at a later date.

  • Where is the Splash Night Out event? What do I wear?

    Join us for the premier event of the conference, Splash Night Out, Disney Style! We’re heading to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, 2901 Osceola Pkwy, Bay Lake, FL 34747 for a special night under the stars, where the park will be reserved just for you and your OneStream friends! The event is for ages 21 and up. 

    This is a costume party, so be sure to dress the part! Use your creative license to dress as your favorite Disney character… oh, the possibilities! Please note, costumes that completely cover your face are not permitted in the park. Face paint is acceptable.

  • Where do I catch the Shuttle for Splash Night Out?

    Shuttle service will run continuously from the Dolphin convention foyer from 7:30pm-12:30am.  

  • Are there any give-back opportunities at Splash?

    Splash Gives Back in Orlando is thrilled to support Give Kids The World Village, an 89-acre, whimsical nonprofit resort in Kissimmee, Florida, that provides week-long, cost-free wish vacations to critically ill children and their families from around the world. You can support Give Kids the World Village and our OneStream team by making a donation or participating in the Give Kids the World Inspire Hope Event, taking place August 30.   • Does Splash have any options for physical fitness during the conference?

    Yes! Yoga will be on Tuesday, August 31. In addition, we will have a HIIT fitness class on Wednesday, September 1, as well. Both classes will start promptly at 7am and take place in the Swan Hotel Osprey Ballroom. Those participating MUST register when signing up for the conference for this activity. It is free to participate for those registered for the full Splash registration.

  • Tell me about the Partner Summit.

    The partner summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go to market and more. Be sure to join us on Monday from 12:00 PM-4:00 PM at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin for lunch and these sessions.

  • Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?

    Yes, the keynotes and select breakout sessions will be available via live-stream and through the Splash virtual experience platform (with paid event registration). For more details, visit the Splash Virtual page.

  • Will there be photographers/videographers at the conference?

    Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2021 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

  • What do the lanyard colors represent?

    Yellow = Customer

    Red = Prospect

    Green = Partner

    Blue = Employee

    Black = Other (staff, analyst or press)

  • Will you have any options available to store bags on Thursday after hotel check-out?

    Yes, we will have luggage storage available for our attendees in Asia 2 on the lobby level, open from 8:30am to 1:30pm.  If you need storage longer than 1:30pm, please check your bag at the bell stand.
