How much does it cost to attend the Splash User Conference May 12 to 15?

  • Introductory Pricing (through February 19): $1,295 per attendee
  • Early Bird Pricing (through March 25): $1,495 per attendee
  • Standard Pricing (through May 6): $1,595 per attendee
  • Conference Rate (through May 15): $1,795 per attendee

How much does it cost to attend the Workshops on Tuesday, May 12?

The Prospect, Introductory, and Advanced workshops, including breakfast & lunch cost $800 per attendee. You must register and pay for any workshops by May 1, 2020.

What is the guest policy?

Anyone attending any conference events, including meals or receptions, must be registered. You can purchase a guest pass as an add-on to your registration, which includes entry to the Opening Reception and the Splash Night Out event at Rebel Toronto for $300. Your guest can be added on during registration.

Where is onsite registration and what are its hours? When can I pick up my badge?

You can pick up your badge and conference materials once you arrive to the meeting in the registration area of the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.

Registration hours are

  • Monday, May 11: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday, May 12: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, May 13: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM

I have questions about my registration, who can I call?

You can reach our registration service at 678-341-3062.

What is the cancellation policy of the meeting?

We will process full refunds for any cancellation until April 15, 2020. We cannot process any refunds after that date. However, if you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to splash@onestreamsoftware.com with details of the person attending in your place.

Where will the meeting take place?

The Splash conference in 2020 will take place in Toronto, Canada at the Sheraton Centre Toronto hotel. The address is 123 Queen Street West Toronto, Ontario M5H 2M9.

How do I book my hotel room?

The Westin Harbour Castle Toronto offers an additional discounted block for OneStream attendees that is right on the Harbour and offers great views and path access.  Shuttle service will be provided to the Sheraton throughout the conference from the Westin.

Am I required to wear my badge?

Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening parties.

When will the exhibit hall be open?

The exhibit hall at the Sheraton is located on the lower concourse. It will be open the following hours:

  • Tuesday, May 12  |  5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, May 13  |  8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 4:15 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Thursday, May 14  |  12:00 PM – 1:15 PM & 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Is there an official conference hashtag I can use in my social media posts?

Yes. The official conference hashtag is #SplashToronto

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?

Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the mobile event app or on our Splash website.

Will I be able to obtain Continuing Education Credit?

Participation in the Splash User Conference is applicable for Continuing Education Credit. Your certificate will be emailed to you the week after the Splash conference. To request another copy, email spcon@prereg.net.

Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at the conference. Please submit requests no later than April 17 to splash@onestreamsoftware.com. Flying to the conference? The TSA Cares program can simplify travel for attendees with special needs. Information regarding disabilities and special assistance will remain confidential.

Can I use my mobile phone during the conference?

As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping and/or recording of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

How do I log on to wi-fi?

Wi-fi will be provided for attendees of the Splash conference in meeting areas. The user name and password will be available at a later date.

Where is the Splash Night Out event? What do I wear?

Splash Night Out will take place at Rebel Toronto, located at 11 Polson Street, Toronto, ON M5A 1A4, Canada. Shuttle transportation will be provided from the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel & Westin Harbour Castle Toronto. We’re taking it back to the 1920s in 2020 with a Speakeasy theme. The attire will be Roaring Twenties/Great Gatsby style clothing, for women – flapper dresses, pearl beads, and boas; men – gangster, well-tailored pinstriped suits, fedora hats are encouraged or dressy casual attire can be worn otherwise.

Where do I catch the Shuttle for Splash Night Out?

Shuttle service will run continuously from the lobby level of both the Sheraton & the Westin from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM on Thursday, May 14. 

Are there any give-back opportunities at Splash?

Yes! Check back soon for more information on Splash Gives Back.

Does Splash have any options for physical fitness during the conference?

Yes! We will host both yoga and a run club during Splash. Yoga will be on Wednesday, May 13 at the Waterfall Garden in the Sheraton starting promptly at 7 AM. The run club will be on Thursday, May 14. The group will meet in the Sheraton lobby at 6:45 AM to participate. Those participating in either activity MUST be registered when signing up for the conference for this activity. It is free to participate for those registered for the full Splash registration.

Tell me about the Partner Summit.

The partner summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go to market and more. Be sure to join us on Tuesday from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Sheraton for these sessions. You must register to attend the Partner Summit when completing your registration for the conference.

Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?

No, but most presentations will be made available through the mobile event app or on the Splash website presentations page.

Will there be photographers/videographers at the conference?

Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2020 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Will you have any options available to store bags on Friday after hotel check-out?

Yes, we will have luggage storage available for our attendees on the Concourse, open from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM.  If you need storage longer than 1:30 PM, please check your bag at the bell stand.
