Where is onsite registration and what are its hours? When can I pick up my badge?
Conference registration will be located at The Marriott on the 2nd floor of the meeting space in front of Preservation Hall. Onsite registration and attendee materials pick-up hours are:
- Tuesday, May 14, 7:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Wednesday, May 15, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Thursday, May 16, 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Friday, May 17, 8:00 AM-10:00 AM

What is the cancellation policy of the meeting?
We will process full refunds for any cancellation until April 15, 2019. We cannot process any refunds after that date. However, if you cannot attend a Splash event after this time, you are permitted to send another employee from your company at no additional charge. If you need to do this, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the person attending in your place.

The headquarter hotel is the New Orleans Marriott, located at 555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130.
Am I required to wear my badge?
Yes, badges are required for admittance to all sessions, meals, and evening parties.
When will the exhibit hall be open?
The exhibit hall at The Marriott is located on the 3rd floor, Acadia room. It will be open the following hours:

- Wednesday, May 15, 10:30 AM-1:30 PM & 2:55 PM-3:55 PM
- Thursday, May 16, 11:30 AM–1:30 PM & 3:20 PM-4:10 PM

How can I obtain a copy of a presenter’s presentation?
Presentations that have been approved to be shared will be made available through the mobile event app or on our Splash website.
Will I be able to obtain Continuing Education Credit?
Participation in the Splash User Conference is applicable for Continuing Education Credit. To obtain CPE credits, request a certificate by emailing CPERequest@onestreamsoftware.com
Are there accommodations for people with disabilities and those requiring special assistance?

Can I use my mobile phone during the conference?
As a courtesy to presenters and other attendees, we ask that you kindly turn off your mobile phones or set them to vibrate during sessions and keynote presentations. Please quietly exit the room to attend to important phone calls. Videotaping of any sessions is strictly prohibited.

How do I log on to wi-fi?
Wi-fi will be provided for attendees of the Splash conference in meeting areas. The user name and password will be available at a later date.
Where do I catch the Shuttle to Generations Hall for Splash Night Out?
Shuttle service will run continuously from the lobby level of the Marriott to Generations Hall from 6:15 PM to 11:15 PM on Thursday, May 16 out of the Canal Street doors. The address for the party is 310 Andrew Higgins Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130.
Are there any give-back opportunities at Splash?
We are excited to announce the New Orleans Mission as our Splash Charity this year. The Mission is a nonprofit designed to provide rescue, recovery and re-engagement to the broken & hurting individuals in the community. In addition to donation opportunities, we are also hosting a Community Grocery Outreach for the Mission on Tuesday from 12-5PM. Does Splash have any options for physical fitness during the conference?
Yes! We will be hosting a run club on Thursday, May 16. The group will meet in the Marriott lobby at 6:45 AM to participate. Those participating MUST be registered when signing up for the conference for this activity. It is free to participate for those registered for the full Splash registration.
Tell me about the Partner Summit.
The partner summit is a great opportunity for partners to learn more about working with OneStream and successful procedures for implementations, go to market and more. Be sure to join us on Thursday from 10:05-11:15 AM and 1:45-3:05 PM on the 41st floor of the Marriott for these sessions.
Will any of the conference sessions be live-streamed or be accessible through video recordings?
No, but most presentations will be made available through the mobile event app or on the Splash website presentations page.
Will there be photographers/videographers at the conference?
Yes. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, the Splash 2019 Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OneStream's use and distribution of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities

Will you have any options available to store bags on Friday after hotel check-out?
Yes, we will have luggage storage available for our attendees on the 2nd floor, Galerie 2, open from 8am to 1pm. If you need storage longer than 1pm, please check your bag at the bell stand.
