We hope you will join us for our Splash Virtual Mini-Series, a six-part series featuring a selected subset of sessions from our Splash Toronto agenda.

The virtual mini-series will kick-off on May 28th with a keynote presentation by OneStream CEO & Co-Founder Tom Shea followed by an interactive customer panel discussion moderated by OneStream President & Co-Founder, Craig Colby. Finally, General David Petraeus will give us a quick update regarding our current global climate and will take some questions from the audience.

The remainder of the mini-series will delve into specific topic areas of interest including new/recent platform capabilities and XF MarketPlace solutions, best practices and advice for intermediate/advanced users, and customer-led implementation stories including outcomes and future plans.

The mini-series will run from May 28 to August 6, every other Thursday from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT. Two 50 minute sessions will be offered in each installment of the series. We hope you will join us to hear about the latest OneStream XF product features, customer successes and future plans. You must be registered to attend the mini-series.

 
 

One (1) CPE Credit is available for each session attended during the course of the Splash Virtual Mini-Series (two credits are available for the keynote session). To request a CPE certificate for any courses attended, please email your request to cperequest@onestreamsoftware.comOne certificate will be awarded after August 6 for the entirety of sessions attended throughout the mini-series. We hope you will join us for our OneStream Splash Virtual Keynote session on Thursday, May 28 from 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM EDT. OneStream’s CEO and founder, Tom Shea, will kick off the opening session by sharing his insights on the dynamically changing business conditions we all are facing this year and how OneStream customers are rising to the challenge. Tom will also share his perspective on digital transformation and its impact on the office of finance; his vision of the future of finance; and how that vision continues to drive OneStream’s development roadmap and strategic direction.

General David Petraeus Q&A

Last, we’re honored to be joined by OneStream board member, General Petraeus, who will give us a quick update regarding our current global climate and will take some questions from the audience.

General (Ret) David H. Petraeus served over 37 years in the U.S. military, culminating his career with six consecutive commands. Following his service in the military, Gen. Petraeus served as the Director of the CIA during a period of significant achievements in the global war on terror. Gen. Petraeus is now a partner with the global investment firm KKR & Chairman of the KKR Global Institute. He is also a member of the boards of two of KKR’s companies: Optiv and OneStream.

FibroGen, teamed up with Archetype, will talk about their experiences implementing OneStream on a tight 3-month timeline with a plethora of specific requirements. The project included: Travel, HeadCount, OPEX, CapEx and FTE Allocations. Using Specialty Planning solutions for some of their requirements made the implementation go faster, although this was not the case for all of the components. They will discuss why they chose the options they used in the project and what they would do differently in future projects.

Customer Success Story: Kennametal Leverages MarketPlace Solution Dashboards For Agile Planning/Forecasting and System Administration

In this presentation, we will discuss the rationale on why Kennametal decided to use configured dashboards for planning and forecasting and the user benefits in OneStream that were not possible in Kennametal's prior Hyperion system. We will walk through a hypothetical end-user using the dashboards, showcasing the one-stop-shop functionality and flexible ways for data entry and reporting. Next we will go through a demo of Kennametal's Admin dashboard and the Data Management Jobs kicked off with buttons and embedded spreadsheet data validation. Finally, we’ll complete a quick dashboard configuration demo.
